Cookies - means computer data, in particular small text files, recorded and stored on the devices through which you use the Site.

3 Principles of personal data processing
Administrator: Provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to trigger a specific purpose, such as receiving a newsletter or placing an order.

4 Purposes of personal data processing.
The purposes, legal basis and period of processing of personal data are defined separately for each purpose of data processing.
The Administrator processes personal data for the following purposes:
4.1 Orders
When placing an order, the user must provide his personal data necessary for order processing, i.e. name, e-mail address, telephone number and address. You may also provide additional data, such as information about your business. If you have previously provided such data in your user account, this data will be automatically substituted into the order form, while you always have the option to modify it.
The legal basis for processing personal data contained in the order is the performance of the contract.
The data provided in the order form will be recorded in the database and will be stored there until the statute of limitations for claims under the contract. Each order is recorded as a separate item in the database.
In addition to personal data, details of the order are recorded, such as the date of the order, the subject and value of the order, the selected method of delivery and payment.
4.3 Invoices
The Administrator processes data to the extent necessary to issue an invoice.
The legal basis for user processing is the fulfillment of the legal obligation to issue an invoice.
Personal data will be processed for the period required by law to keep accounting records or to assert any claims arising from the invoice in question.

When contacting the administrator by e-mail, the user naturally provides his e-mail address as the address of the sender of the message.

5 Entrustment of personal data processing
The Administrator entrusts the processing of personal data to the following entities:
- Hetzner.de - for the purpose of storing data on the server,
- Fakturownia.pl - in order to use the invoicing system,
- Stripe - in order to use the sales system,
- Google.pl - in order to use google services, including email
- Other contractors or subcontractors engaged to provide technical, administrative, or legal assistance to the Administrator and its clients, e.g. accounting, IT, graphic design, copywriting assistance, debt collection companies, lawyers, etc.

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights contained in Articles 15- 21 of the RODO:
